How do I apply for an open position?
You can search our current job openings through our Taleo system. The job search feature will allow you to narrow your job search by job type or work location.
I’m already an Embry-Riddle Eagle, where do I apply?
Current staff and faculty can begin by logging into ERNIE and visiting the Human Resources Department Page. Once there, please select the Taleo Recruiting Site link for internal applicants found under the “Apply for a Position at Embry-Riddle.”
What happens after I apply for a position?
After you apply for a position, you can monitor the status of your application by logging into your profile. Candidates who are selected for further screening will be contacted by a recruiter or the hiring manager for next steps. Applicants who are not selected will receive a notification by email.
How do I make a request for a reasonable accommodation?

How do I reset my password?
If you need to reset your password, navigate to the login link and click “Forgot your Password?”
Can I change, update, or edit documents that have been submitted?
Once documents have been submitted to a job opening they cannot be modified; however, you can remove a document and then add the revised document.
