Engineering Physics

Spacecraft engineering and space physics constitute the theme of the Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics program, and are the focus in junior and senior-level courses, and the capstone space systems design project. Opportunities exist for students to actively participate in the department's research activities in space systems engineering and space science. 

Because of the strong emphasis on fundamentals, the EP program provides an excellent stepping stone into the space program. Most of our graduates pursue careers in space-related professions as space systems engineers or space scientists. This program is offered at the Florida campus.
